Welcome to The Royal Escape Tours LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website at www.theroyalescapetours.com or booking any of our tours, experiences or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
- Definitions
- “Company” refers to The Royal Escape Tours LLC.
- “Guest” or “You” refers to any person who browses our website, enquires about, or books any of our tours or experiences.
- “Tour” refers to any experience, activity, safari, yacht charter, cruise, city tour or other service offered by the Company.
- “Booking” means a confirmed reservation made by a Guest for any Tour.
- “Price” means the total fee payable for a Tour as quoted at the time of booking.
- Bookings & Confirmations
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit as agreed at the time of booking.
- Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, email or phone.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
- It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details including dates, times, number of guests and selected tour are correct before confirming.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include 5% VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain tours. Deposit arrangements will be communicated where applicable.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash (where applicable).
- The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or bank fees charged by third-party payment providers.
- Age & Health Requirements
- Guests must accurately disclose the ages of all participants at the time of booking.
- Certain activities including dune bashing, jet skiing, parasailing, flyboard and skydiving are not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, back problems or other serious medical conditions.
- The Yacht Party is strictly for guests aged 21 years and above. Valid government-issued ID will be required at boarding.
- Children are welcome on most tours. Child pricing applies to guests aged 3–12 years unless otherwise specified. Guests under 3 years travel free on applicable tours.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse boarding to any guest who does not meet age or health requirements for a specific experience.
- Tour Operations & Changes
- All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour without prior notice if conditions are deemed unsafe.
- In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, Guests will be offered an alternative date, a credit, or a full refund.
- Tour itineraries, vessel assignments and activity schedules may vary depending on operational requirements, sea conditions and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
- The Company does not guarantee specific vessel assignments for shared tours.
- Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff, fellow guests and equipment at all times.
- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on all tours and experiences.
- The Company reserves the right to remove any guest who behaves in a disruptive, abusive or dangerous manner without refund.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to Company vessels, equipment or property and may be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.
- Liability
- The Company will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including adverse weather, mechanical failure, third-party actions or force majeure events.
- Guests participate in all adventure activities including dune bashing, water sports and aerial activities at their own risk.
- The Company carries appropriate insurance for its operations, but Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain their own travel and personal accident insurance.
- Maximum liability of the Company in all cases shall not exceed the amount paid by the Guest for the specific tour in question.
- Intellectual Property
All content on www.theroyalescapetours.com including text, images, videos, logos and design is the property of The Royal Escape Tours LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without express written permission.
- Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
- Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
